Success does not always come easily. We want our students to develop the determination to persevere, learn from setbacks and keep working towards their goals.

Respect is central to being part of our Academy community. We expect students to treat others with kindness and consideration, value differences and take pride in themselves, their Academy and their wider community.

We encourage students to take increasing responsibility for themselves, their learning and the contribution they make to our community. This means making positive choices and understanding that our actions can affect both ourselves and others.
