Year 7/8 Football Festival

These boys attend a weekly football club with Mr Sweeney and have been asking since the club started to play in competitions. Last Tuesday, the boys played a World Cup themed tournament on the 4G organised by Mr Sweeney. Yesterday, the boys went to Washington Football Hub to participate in a year 7/8 football festival. This was also World Cup themed and our boys represented Argentina. It was a hot day but the boys didn't let the heat get in their way of having fun. They played five games in total and won two.
