For the last 2 weeks, students were set a new Cookery Challenge. The recipe for the last 2 weeks was "Brownies". Students have been sending their entries in and Miss Massey has announced the staff and student winners. Please see more for the list of winners.

GB Future Stars (Wednesday 17th June)

The GB Future Stars event takes place this Wednesday 17th June. The event will include sessions with many organisation's including - UCL, GSK, University of Southampton, Engie, NBS, Generation Medics, Tech Nation, National Careers Week and more. Guest speakers - Stacey Copeland - Commonwealth Boxing Champion, Oliver Yonchev, MD Social Chain + Dr Radha and Kamal Ellis-Hyman (See more).

Future Stars Event 17th June 10.00-13.00

Each year students in year 9 and 10 have the opportunity to attend GlobalBridge's Future Stars event. This year's Future Stars will take place online. Throughout the event, students will be able to listen to fantastic keynote speakers, explore jobs, universities, apprenticeships and internships. There will also be the opportunity to win some amazing prizes (see more).

History Task: Postcards from the Past

Even with televisions, toys and the internet, life in lockdown for most people isn’t much fun. But imagine how life might have been in a medieval lockdown, or isolating in ancient Rome…… well that’s exactly what we’d like you to do! The Year 7 and Year 8 History task due for the first week after half term is to create a postcard from the past. We thought we would share this as it could be an activity that is started over half term & a great household discussion point (see more)
