Please see below photos from our annual Year 7 safety works trips to the West Fifteen learning centre in Newcastle.
During this trip students were involved in discussions relating to the safe use of the North East metro service and visited the mock up metro station. They also stopped in at the police centre to discuss the consequences of trespassing on the railway, delivered by the British Transport Police, and were involved in an mock accident scene on a main road.
A workshop was also delivered indicating how to get a Pop card, discounting travel around the North East, and how to use it effectively. Students were fantastic and really enjoyed their day.
